Quality Inn Owen Sound

The location here is excellent, being very close to all the attractions and amenities in the area.

Everything was good, clean hotel, reasonable location close to everything we wanted to see. The staff were efficient and hospitable, ready to any request. We got savoury breakfasts with muffins and great coffee, for example. They had an early check-in. We appreciated the stay here.

The food we had was reasonably priced and brilliant.

The queen room was well-organized with queen beds, so guests had all the essentials. A microwave, coffee & tea making facilities, and a fridge were a huge plus. the setting of the hotel was comfortable and decent, close to everything.

Comfortable experience there. Recently renovated and clean place, superfriendly staff. Unbeatable and nice spot short walk to less parks, a restaurant and nearby eateries. Also, close to everything. The rooms - well-organised, neat with toiletries, great bed.

I didn't like anything.

The room was dirty, old, falling apart. Rugs not vacummed, mattress stained, hair on bathroom floor, old water stains all over ceiling, windows broken and filthy, mirror in bathroom ready to fall off wall. Unbelievable that they are open and charging money for this facility. Bathtub did not drain properly. Nauseating!

The location is great, not very far from Gallery de Boer.- The area is good and so close to a restaurant, nearby eateries, and cafeteria.The stay at Quality Inn Owen Sound was excellent for our family and friends' vacation. the staff at the desk were nice.

we excpeted the room to be better. it felt really dark in the hallway. we went for supper, they only had one waitress on, who had to cover the bar and resturant, when i told the front counter that she needed more help, he said she was slow because she was new. not a good answer,since he was not busy himself. in my business, if you are busy the managment helps out. when we did get our food it was not good, which i told him he said he would look after it and did not. i told the waitress it was not her fault regarding the food management should have had more staff on. don't think we will be back

The location of this hotel is terrific, it's close to everything making it so convenient.

Was a clean and comfy room. Very spacious.

Had requested a room at the end of a hall and got stuck between some noisy people. It happens I know but it was bothersome. And the heater was really noisy.

The staff was friendly and attentive.

No clear direction signs to the rooms..
